How do I don’t know which package to choose?
If you are unsure which package is best for you, simply fill in the contact us form or call 1-800-681-7258 and Saltsounds will work with you to decide
which package best suits your project and budget.
How long does the process take?
We offer a 24 hour return in some cases, but regularly 1-3 weeks.
What if we don’t like the jingle or audio logo you created?
We value your opinion immensely, ultimately because we are creating
the jingle for you. We consider it a success only when you are happy. We work in close communication with you at each step of the process, eliminating the possibility
of you hearing something completely different to what you imagined.
In fact, you have actually helped create your own custom jingle!
Why are your prices so low?
Don’t mistake low prices for low quality. Saltsounds produces professional,
high quality audio that is innovative, creative and fresh. Our low prices
are possible due to our low overheads costs, never sacrificing quality

When and how do I pay?
50% upfront and
50% on completion.
